Who We Are

We are a Father and Son, that together have been able to help people by providing kitchen & bathroom solutions to meet their various needs. Jairo Sr. is an Electrical Engineer and Jairo Jr. holds an MBA with a concentration in Management from UCONN. We value every relationship and enjoy collaborating with various professionals to ensure a successful project from beginning to end.  

Our History

LemCo was formed in 2012, but the experience goes back further. Jairo Sr. started in the finished cabinetry industry in 1998, and specializes in residential application. Jairo Jr. was brought into the business by his Father in 2004, focusing on both residential and multi-use projects. Our experience has allowed us to fine tune the planning process from design to installation, minimizing errors and delays & improving overall project completion time. These standards have helped us build lasting relationships and create new ones along the way.
